Master Me
The work of understanding how you actually operate — so it stops running you.
You're capable. You've proven it.
But something is getting in the way and you can feel it. Not loudly. Quietly. In the decisions that take longer than they should. The patterns you keep returning to under pressure. The gap between how you want to show up and what actually happens when it matters.
You don't need more strategy. You don't need another framework.
You need to see how you operate at the layer where the real decisions are made — before they arrive in language.
That's what this is.
Who this is for
Master Me is for people who are already moving — and have enough self-awareness to know that something about how they operate is the variable they haven't fully examined yet.
That might look like:
Someone early in their career, performing well, being backed by people who see potential they're still learning to trust in themselves.
Someone mid-career, navigating a step up in complexity or visibility, where what worked before is starting to cost more than it gives.
Someone who has been running hard for a long time and can feel the accumulation — not broken, but aware that the current operating model needs updating.
What they share: drive. And the willingness to look honestly at how they actually operate, not just how they intend to.
This is not for people who want to be told what to do. It's for people ready to understand why they do what they do — and build something more reliable from there.
What we work on
The nervous system is shaped by three things in constant conversation.
What's coming at you from the outside — the environment, the demands, the people, the pressure signals your context is sending.
What's running at the top — the thoughts, the beliefs, the narratives, the metacognitive loops that are often working harder than you know.
What's happening in the body — the physiological state that is already shaping your decisions before you've consciously made them.
Most approaches pick one of these and push. This works with all three — because that's where the actual change happens.
What it looks like
1:1. Online or in person.
6 sessions or 12, depending on the depth of the work and where you're starting from.
No fixed script. The work is built around how you actually operate — your patterns, your pressure points, your specific context.
